Who we are
Interior design meets high-end product and experience.
Room by Julia Brown is a high-end interior design studio that creates beautifully considered homes.
Led by experienced interior designer and bespoke cabinetry expert, Julia Brown, we bring together creative vision, technical precision, and a trusted network of skilled makers to design spaces that are both practical and deeply personal.
Great design isn’t just about how something looks. It’s how well a space works for the way you live, and how it flows with the rest of your home.
We help our clients make confident decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create rooms that reflect who they are and how they actually live, with beautifully crafted cabinetry that’s built to last.
From the flow of your floor plan to the feeling you want when you walk through the door, every detail is designed with intention, built around your lifestyle, not just the room plan.

Projects
Our work
Working with a carefully selected network of artisans and expert makers, we create spaces that reflect your unique personality and work for your lifestyle.
Purpose
Bringing together the best in the industry.
From the outset of any project, it can be hard to know where to begin.
Do you need an architect, a structural engineer, or should you be thinking about interiors first?
With extensive experience in residential, we know how to bring the right services together or slot seamlessly into an existing team.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, ensuring every detail is considered with care and intention, and that you only ever pay for the work you truly need.
By handling the design work and producing thorough drawing packages upfront, Julia takes the guesswork out of tendering and fabrication. Craftsmen can quote accurately, without having to factor in extra project management, because it’s already been done.
